The Metro C569-SDS-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height unit features solid Dutch doors and a top-mounted control panel with an analog thermometer for easy monitoring. Its ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, adjustable from 70°F to 200°F, accommodating a variety of food items.
With a universal pan capacity, it can hold either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for customizable storage. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
