The Metro C569-SFS-LPFC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for mobility, with two casters featuring brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
