The Metro C569L-SDS-UPDCA is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid Dutch door and one tempered glass double-pane Dutch door for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the universal wire capacity accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet includes 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for customizable storage. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
