The Metro C585-SFS-UPFC is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience in food service environments. Featuring a C5™ 8 Series controlled temperature system, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen interface for precise adjustments. This 1/2 height cabinet is insulated and equipped with one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door, allowing for easy access and visibility.
The cabinet accommodates a versatile capacity of either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with universal wire slides adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, spaced 3" apart. Mobility is enhanced by 5" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed.
