The Metro C597L-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures precise temperature and humidity levels for your culinary creations. The user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen controls allow for easy adjustments. This 3/4 height cabinet is equipped with an insulated solid door and universal wire slides, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 28 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 3" centers in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any commercial kitchen.
