This pass-thru model includes one solid dutch door and one glass dutch door, allowing for convenient access from both sides. It accommodates up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet features 5" casters for mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness.
