The Metro C5T8-ASFA is a mobile heated cabinet designed for durability and efficiency. This heavy-duty insulated cabinet features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™, ensuring optimal heat retention. With a 5/6 height and fixed lip load slides spaced at 1-7/10", it accommodates up to 28 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or GN 1/1 (65mm).
The cabinet is constructed from 304 stainless steel and includes foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for superior thermal performance. It is equipped with a top mount analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, allowing for precise temperature control with a maximum setting of 200°F.
Mobility is enhanced by 6" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120V/60/1, it delivers 1400 watts and 12 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
