The Metro C5T9-DSB is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height cabinet features adjustable bottom load slides with a spacing of 3-2/5" on center, accommodating up to (16) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Equipped with top-mounted solid-state digital controls, it allows for precise temperature management, reaching a maximum of 200°F. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, it ensures excellent heat retention. The cabinet is easily maneuverable with 6" casters and operates on a 120V/60/1 power supply, drawing 1400 watts and 12 amps.
