It accommodates up to (14) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various culinary needs.
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to maintain heat effectively, with a maximum temperature of 200°F. The top-mounted solid-state digital controls provide easy operation, while adjustable bottom load slides set at 3-2/5" OC enhance accessibility.
Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, allowing for effortless movement in busy kitchen environments. Operating at 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring energy efficiency without compromising performance.
