Equipped with two refrigerated drawers and two non-refrigerated shelves, it offers versatile storage options for a variety of deli and pastry items. The electronic controls allow for precise temperature management, while the diffused LED lighting at 3000°K illuminates your products beautifully.
The case is constructed with a stainless steel body and a high-polish epoxy A304 stainless steel interior, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Plexiglass rear sliding doors provide convenient access, and the air-cooled condensing unit with air defrost ensures efficient operation.
Designed for commercial use, the Oscartek CLASSIC CDPD2000 operates on 120v/60/1-ph with an 8.5 amp draw and meets cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE standards. Please note that the case ships standard unfinished, and updates to the model specifications are in progress.
