The enclosed well is equipped with standard sliding doors for easy access, complemented by an on/off switch and pilot light for convenient operation. Constructed with a robust 14-gauge stainless steel top and a 20-gauge front, the Piper 2-CM is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The removable end panels facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. A louvered panel enhances airflow, while the undershelf provides additional storage space. The fan-cooled condensing unit is equipped with a valve pressure control switch for optimal performance. The unit is mounted on 5" diameter swivel plates, two of which feature brakes for stability.
