The Piper 6-HF is an elite electric serving counter designed for hot food service. Measuring 88 inches in length and 36 inches in height, it features six sealed wells, each equipped with a 1000-watt thermostatically controlled heating element to ensure optimal food temperature. Its mobile and modular design includes an interlocking mechanism for easy assembly and transport. Constructed with a durable 14-gauge stainless steel top, 20-gauge stainless steel front and end panels, and an 18-gauge stainless steel bottom shelf, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. Standard manifold drains facilitate efficient cleanup, while the 5-inch swivel plate casters (two with brakes) provide stability and mobility.
