The Pitco FBG24 is a high-performance gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens, featuring a full pot capacity of 57-87 lbs of oil. Its spacious 24"x24" frying area allows for efficient cooking of large batches. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature management and includes an auto melt cycle and boil out mode for easy maintenance. The matchless ignition system ensures reliable startup, while the marine front edge enhances durability. Constructed with a mild steel tank and stainless steel front, sides, and splash-back, this fryer combines strength with easy cleaning. With a powerful output of 120,000 BTU, it meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE standards. The Pitco FBG24 is also available with a mix/match option and can be paired with the FD-M filter drawer filtration system for optimal oil management.
