Description
The Pitco SE14RS-6FD is an advanced electric fryer designed for high-volume frying needs. This Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System features six 50 lb. oil capacity tanks, allowing for efficient cooking of large batches. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature management and includes a boil-out feature for easy maintenance. The drain valve interlock enhances safety during operation, while the melt cycle ensures optimal oil performance. Constructed with durable stainless steel for the tank, front, and sides, this fryer is built to withstand heavy use. The under-fryer drawer filtration system promotes oil longevity and quality. With a total power output of 132.0 kW, this ENERGY STAR® certified fryer meets rigorous efficiency standards and is compliant with cULus, NSF, CE, and GS certifications.
