Description
The Pitco SE14S-2FD is an advanced electric fryer designed for high-volume frying with efficiency and ease. This multiple battery fryer features the innovative Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System, equipped with a Solstice™ Filter Drawer System for optimal oil management. Each of the two 50 lb. oil capacity tanks is constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Key features include solid state controls for precise temperature management, a boil-out function for thorough cleaning, and a drain valve interlock for enhanced safety. The melt cycle allows for efficient oil melting, while the under-fryer drawer filtration system keeps oil clean and extends its life. With a total output of 34.0 kW, this fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an environmentally friendly choice. It meets cULus, NSF, CE, and GS standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
