Description
The Pitco SE14TS-1FD is an advanced electric floor model fryer designed for efficiency and performance. Featuring the Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System and Solstice™ Solo Filter System, this fryer includes twin tanks with a generous oil capacity of 20-25 lbs. per tank. It offers a melt cycle for optimal oil management and solid state controls for precise temperature regulation. The boil out capacity ensures thorough cleaning, while the drain valve interlock switch enhances safety during operation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front, this fryer also includes under-fryer drawer filtration for easy maintenance. With a total power output of 17.0 kW, it is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets UL, NSF, and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for high-volume frying needs.
