Description
The Pitco SE18RS-2FD is an advanced electric fryer designed for high-volume frying needs. This Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System features a robust dual-tank configuration, each with a capacity of 70-90 lbs of oil, allowing for efficient cooking of large batches. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature management and includes a boil-out feature for easy maintenance. The fryer also features a drain valve interlock for enhanced safety and a melt cycle for optimal oil management. Constructed with durable stainless steel for the tank, front, and sides, it ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The under-fryer drawer filtration system enhances oil life and quality, while the total power output of 44.0kW ensures high performance. This fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets cULus, NSF, CE, and GS standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
