The Pitco SSH55TR Solstice Supreme™ High Efficiency Fryer is a gas-powered, floor model designed for optimal frying performance. Featuring twin tanks with a capacity of 20 to 25 pounds of oil each, this fryer is perfect for high-volume cooking. It includes solid state controls for precise temperature management, a boil out and melt cycle for easy maintenance, and a drain valve interlock for added safety. The matchless ignition system ensures reliable start-up, while self-cleaning burners enhance efficiency. With downdraft protection and a durable stainless steel construction for the tank, front, and sides, this fryer delivers a total output of 100,000 BTU. It meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
