Description
The Pitco SSH60 Solstice Supreme™ High Efficiency Fryer is a gas-powered, floor model designed for high-volume frying with a generous 50-60 lb oil capacity. Featuring a spacious 14"x18" cooking area, it ensures optimal cooking performance. The fryer is equipped with solid state controls for precise temperature management and includes a boil out and melt cycle for easy maintenance. Safety features such as a drain valve interlock and matchless ignition enhance operational reliability. The self-cleaning burners and downdraft protection contribute to a cleaner cooking environment. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, this fryer delivers a total output of 80,000 BTU. It is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
