The Pitco SSH60W Solstice Supreme™ High Efficiency Fryer is a gas-powered, floor model designed for high-volume frying with a generous 50-60 lb oil capacity. Featuring an expansive 18"x14" cooking area, this fryer is equipped with solid state controls for precise temperature management. The boil out and melt cycle functions simplify maintenance, while the drain valve interlock enhances safety during operation. With matchless ignition and a self-cleaning burner, this fryer ensures reliable performance and easy upkeep. Downdraft protection adds an extra layer of safety, and the durable stainless steel tank and exterior provide longevity and ease of cleaning. With a total output of 100,000 BTU, the SSH60W is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE standards, making it an efficient and compliant choice for any commercial kitchen.
