Description
The Pitco SSH75 is a high-efficiency gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens, featuring a generous 75lb oil capacity. This full pot fryer is equipped with solid state controls for precise temperature management and includes a boil out and melt cycle for easy maintenance. Safety is prioritized with a drain valve interlock and matchless ignition system. The self-cleaning burner ensures optimal performance, while downdraft protection enhances safety during operation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, the fryer delivers a total output of 105,000 BTU. It meets ENERGY STAR® standards and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE, making it a reliable choice for efficient frying.
