This MasterRange® Smokehouse operates on natural gas and features a spacious 36-inch cooking area. Equipped with five aluminum tubular burners, it delivers a powerful 75,000 BTU output, ensuring optimal heat distribution for perfect roasting and smoking. The temperature range of 125°F to 550°F is easily adjustable via a precise thermostat, allowing for a variety of cooking techniques. The fully insulated cabinet retains heat effectively, enhancing cooking performance while minimizing energy consumption. The left-hinged door provides convenient access to your food, while the galvanized exterior ensures durability and resistance to the elements. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, perfect for adding moisture and flavor to your dishes.
