This MasterRange® Smokehouse operates on natural gas and features a spacious 36" cooking area. It is equipped with five aluminum tubular burners that deliver a powerful 75,000 BTU output, ensuring optimal heat distribution for perfect cooking results. The temperature range of 125°F to 550°F allows for precise control, making it suitable for various cooking techniques. The fully insulated cabinet retains heat effectively, while the right-hinged door provides easy access. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, along with a galvanized top and rear, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, enhancing your cooking options. The adjustable stainless steel legs, measuring 7-3/4", allow for customizable height to fit your workspace.
