This MasterRange® Smokehouse operates on natural gas and features a spacious 36-inch cooking area. Equipped with five aluminum tubular burners, it delivers a powerful 75,000 BTU output, ensuring optimal heat distribution for perfect roasting and smoking. The temperature range of 125°F to 550°F is easily adjustable via a precise thermostat, allowing for a variety of cooking techniques. The fully insulated cabinet retains heat effectively, while the galvanized exterior ensures durability and resistance to the elements. Included with the roaster are six stainless steel skewers and a stainless steel water pan, enhancing your cooking options. The unit stands on 7-3/4" adjustable stainless steel legs, providing stability and adaptability to different surfaces.
