Description
The Traulsen TBC1H-COR01-LP is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller designed for commercial kitchens. This Spec-Line model features advanced EPICON control for precise temperature management. It accommodates one rack measuring 27"W x 29"D x 72"H and is equipped with a self-contained holding refrigeration system. Please note that a remote chilling refrigeration system is not included. The unit efficiently chills up to 300 lbs of food from 160°F to 40°F in just 155 minutes, ensuring food safety and quality. The hinged left design includes Corrections Features and two integrated printers for added convenience. This product is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
