Description
The Traulsen TBC1HR-1 is a high-performance roll-thru blast chiller designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial kitchens. This Spec-Line model features advanced EPICON control for precise temperature management. It accommodates one rack measuring 27"W x 29"D x 72"H, making it ideal for high-volume operations. The self-contained holding refrigeration system ensures optimal chilling performance, while the remote chilling refrigeration system is not included. Capable of chilling up to 300 lbs of food from 160°F to 40°F in just 155 minutes, it enhances food safety and quality. The front and rear doors are both hinged on the left for easy access. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
