Description
The Traulsen TBC2H-8-LP is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller designed for commercial kitchens. This Spec-Line model features EPICON control for precise temperature management. It accommodates two 72" high racks, maximizing storage capacity. The self-contained holding refrigeration system ensures optimal chilling efficiency, while the remote chilling refrigeration system is not included. Capable of chilling between 250 to 500 pounds, it is ideal for high-volume operations. The front door is hinged on the right and includes two printers for easy documentation. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
