Description
The Traulsen TBC2HR-2 is a high-performance roll-thru blast chiller designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This Spec-Line model features EPICON Control for precise temperature management. It accommodates two 72" high racks, providing ample space for chilling large quantities of food, with a chilling capacity of 250 to 500 pounds. The self-contained holding refrigeration system ensures optimal temperature maintenance, while the front and rear doors, both hinged on the right, facilitate easy access and workflow. Certified by cETLus and NSF, this unit meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service operation.
