The Unox XAVC-06FS-GPRM is a versatile gas combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This countertop model features a combination of heat, hot air flow, and steam cooking, ensuring optimal results for a variety of dishes. It accommodates up to six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twelve hotel-size pans, making it ideal for high-volume cooking. Equipped with MIND.Maps™ technology, this oven allows for programmable menus, enhancing efficiency and consistency in food preparation. The 2-11/16" shelf spacing provides flexibility for different cooking needs. The glass door offers visibility while cooking, and the right-to-left door opening ensures convenient access. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, the oven is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features WIFI and USB connectivity for easy data transfer to HACCP software, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. With a power rating of 1kW and 8 amps, it operates on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical system. The cooking chamber is made from 316L stainless steel, enhancing durability and resistance to corrosion. The Unox XAVC-06FS-GPRM comes standard with rack slides for sheet pans, providing added convenience. For safety and reliability, it is recommended to use only UNOX brand casters with safety chains. Please note that gas lines are not included and must be purchased separately.
