The Unox XAVHC-HC11 is a high-performance ventless exhaust system designed specifically for the ChefTop MIND.Maps™ Plus series. With dimensions of 29 1/2" x 37 5/8" x 9 7/16", this compact hood features a 4 3/4" exhaust chimney diameter. It includes a 1-meter hose and two hose clamps for easy installation. Operating at 0.1kW and compatible with 208-240v/60/1-ph power supply, it is suitable for models XAVC-0511-EPL, XAVC-0511-EPR, XAVC-1011-EPL, and XAVC-1011-EPR. This system effectively reduces smoke, odors, and grease latent vapors while lowering exhaust temperatures, ensuring a cleaner and more comfortable cooking environment. Please note that it does not replace Type II exhaust hoods and should adhere to local codes.
