Unox XAVL-2021-DPLS

The Unox XAVL-2021-DPLS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This ChefTop MIND.Maps™ Plus model features a versatile cooking system that combines heat, hot air flow, and steam for optimal cooking results. It accommodates up to (20) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (40) hotel-size pans, making it ideal for large-scale food preparation. Equipped with advanced MIND.Maps™ technology, this oven allows for programmable menus, ensuring consistent cooking performance. The spacious interior includes 3-5/16" shelf spacing, providing flexibility for various cooking needs. The glass door and left-to-right door opening enhance visibility and accessibility. Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, both the interior and exterior are durable and easy to clean. The oven operates at a power range of 53.7-71kW and is compatible with 208-240v/60/3-ph electrical systems. It meets NSF and cMETus standards for safety and performance. Included with the oven is the XEVTL-2021 trolley, designed to hold (40) full hotel-size pans. For those using (20) 18” x 26” full-size sheet pans, adapter grids GRP521 are required. A water line for connection to a ¾” MPT water source within three feet of the oven is also provided, ensuring seamless operation.
