The Unox XAVL-2021-DPRS is a versatile electric combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This floor model features a spacious capacity, accommodating up to (20) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (40) hotel-size pans. Equipped with MIND.Maps™ technology, it offers a programmable menu for precise cooking control. The oven includes 3-5/16" shelf spacing and a glass door with a right-to-left opening for easy access.
Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, both the interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit operates at 53.7-71kW and is compatible with 208-240v/60/3-ph power supply. The included XEVTL-2021 trolley is designed to hold (40) full hotel-size pans, with adapter grids (GRP521) available for converting to accommodate (20) full-size sheet pans. A water line connection for a ¾” MPT water source within three feet of the oven is also included, making installation straightforward. NSF and cMETus certified, this combi oven is ideal for high-demand culinary environments.
