The Unox XAVL-2021-GPRS is a high-performance gas combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This floor model features a spacious capacity, accommodating either (20) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (40) hotel-size pans. Equipped with MIND.Maps™ Plus technology, it offers programmable menu options for precise cooking control. The oven includes a glass door with a right-to-left opening for easy access and visibility.
With a shelf spacing of 3-5/16", it allows for versatile cooking configurations. The included XEVTL-2021 trolley is designed to hold (40) full hotel-size pans, and adapter grids (GRP521) are available for converting to accommodate (20) full-size sheet pans. Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, both the interior and exterior ensure durability and easy maintenance. The oven operates at 2.6kW with a 120V/60/1-ph power supply, delivering an impressive 307,093 BTU. It is NSF and cETLus certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency. Please note that gas lines are not included and must be purchased separately.
