It accommodates specific oval pans (models 8231420, 8231320, or 8230620) and is constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. This adapter plate is heat resistant up to 300°F (148.8°C) and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Its integral rib design on the underside provides added strength and secures the template firmly in the well. It fits all standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
