The Vollrath 8240510 Adapter Plate features a Miramar™ Template designed for a single rectangular (3/4 size) decorative pan in a night sky color. It accommodates the 8231520 pan and is constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. This adapter plate is heat resistant up to 300°F (148.8°C) and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The underside includes an integral rib design that enhances strength and secures the template in the well. It fits all standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
