It accommodates the 8230010 round pan and is constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. With a heat resistance of up to 300°F (148.8°C), this adapter plate is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The underside includes an integral rib design that enhances strength and secures the template within the well. It fits all standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
