The Vollrath 8240710 Adapter Plate features a Miramar™ Template designed for a large round decorative pan in a night sky color. It accommodates the 8231220 pan and is constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermostat resin, making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. This adapter plate is heat resistant up to 300°F (148.8°C) and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The underside includes an integral rib design for added strength and secure placement in wells.
