The Vulcan ET150 is a fully jacketed electric stationary kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 150-gallon capacity. It features a spring-assisted hinged cover equipped with a heavy-duty pivot assembly for easy access. The kettle includes a 2" plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer for efficient draining and a graduated measuring rod for precise ingredient measurement. A convenient faucet bracket is also included. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, the Vulcan ET150 ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The kettle is supported by flanged feet for stability during operation.
