The Vulcan HEG24E is a heavy-duty electric countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. It features a spacious 24" W x 24" D cooking surface with a durable 1/2" thick polished steel griddle plate, ensuring even heat distribution and excellent cooking results. The bottom-mounted snap action thermostat is conveniently placed every 12" for precise temperature control. Its low-profile design includes a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge with a "Cool Bullnose" for safe handling. The front grease trough simplifies cleanup, while the 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain messes. The griddle is supported by 4" adjustable legs for stability and is certified cCSAus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
