Vulcan K40EL

The Vulcan K40EL is a high-performance electric stationary kettle designed for commercial kitchens. With a true working capacity of 40 gallons, it features a 2/3 jacketed design for efficient heating. The kettle is constructed from durable 316 series stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. Its ellipsoidal bottom promotes even heat distribution, while the spring-assisted hinged cover with a heavy-duty pivot assembly allows for easy access. Equipped with a 2" compression draw-off valve and a perforated strainer, the K40EL facilitates smooth and efficient liquid transfer. The faucet bracket is conveniently positioned 130° to the right of the draw-off for added functionality. The kettle is supported by a sturdy tri-leg base, providing stability during operation.
