Vulcan ST150

The Vulcan ST150 is a fully jacketed stationary kettle designed for direct steam cooking, featuring a generous 150-gallon capacity. Its spring-assisted hinged cover, supported by a heavy-duty pivot assembly, ensures easy access and operation. The kettle is equipped with a 2" plug draw-off valve that includes a perforated strainer for efficient draining. A graduated measuring rod allows for precise ingredient measurement, while the faucet bracket adds convenience for filling and cleaning. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, the Vulcan ST150 is built to withstand the rigors of commercial kitchens. Flanged feet provide stability and support during use.
