The Vulcan VCCG24-AR is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a 24" W x 24" D cooking surface with a robust 1" thick chrome plate, this griddle ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. It is equipped with two atmospheric type “U” shaped aluminized steel burners, delivering a powerful 60,000 BTU output. The solid-state thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, allows for precise temperature control, while the electronic spark ignition and pilot protection enhance safety and convenience. The griddle includes wire knob guards for added protection and a convenient drawer for storage. Included accessories such as a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade make maintenance easy.
