The Vulcan VCCG24-IS is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a 24" W x 24" D cooking surface with a robust 1" thick steel plate, this griddle ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with two powerful burners, it delivers a total output of 48,000 BTU, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The innovative IRX™ infrared burner technology enhances cooking efficiency, while the solid-state thermostat positioned every 12" allows for precise temperature control. The electronic spark ignition system ensures reliable start-up, complemented by pilot protection for added safety. Designed for durability and ease of use, the griddle includes wire knob guards to prevent accidental adjustments.
