Equipped with six atmospheric type “U” shaped aluminized steel burners, this griddle delivers a powerful 180,000 BTU output, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The solid-state thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, allows for precise temperature control, while the electronic spark ignition and pilot protection enhance safety and convenience. The griddle includes wire knob guards for added protection and two drawers for efficient storage.
