The Winston Industries CHV7-05UV-ST is a versatile electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. This half-size, stacked unit features two insulated compartments, capable of accommodating up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans, twenty 13" x 18" sheet pans, or twenty 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack.
