Description

The Winston Industries CHV7-14UV is a full-size electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for versatile cooking and holding capabilities. This insulated convection oven accommodates up to 14 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans, 28 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 28 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Featuring two field-reversible hinged solid Dutch doors and a magnetic door handle, it ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise cooking management, HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance, and wireless programming for convenience. Additional features include USB and audio ports, fan on/off control, and an auto water fill system. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the CHV7-14UV meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
