Description
The Jade Range JBR-4-24G is a powerful 48" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring four 30,000 BTU open burners on the left side, this range provides ample cooking power for a variety of dishes. The right side includes a spacious 24" griddle, perfect for preparing breakfast items or searing meats. Manual controls allow for precise heat adjustments, while the absence of a temperature thermostat ensures straightforward operation. The durable stainless steel construction of the front, sides, tray bed, and stub back ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The range is equipped with a cabinet base for additional storage and 6" adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 168,000 BTU, this range meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it an ideal choice for any busy restaurant kitchen.
