The Jade Range JBR-48G-M is a 48" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in a commercial kitchen. This Bistro™ model features a robust 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, providing excellent heat retention and even cooking. With manual controls, it allows for precise temperature adjustments without a thermostat. The range is constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. With a powerful output of 96,000 BTU, it delivers exceptional cooking capabilities, making it an ideal choice for busy restaurant environments.
