Description
The Jade Range JBR-48G is a powerful 48" gas restaurant range designed for professional kitchens. Featuring a Bistro™ design, this range includes a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate for optimal cooking performance. Manual controls allow for precise heat adjustments without a temperature thermostat. The durable construction includes a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It is equipped with 6" adjustable legs for stability on any surface. With a robust output of 96,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for high-demand cooking environments.
