The Unox XAVC-1011-EPRM is an advanced electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. This countertop oven features a combination of heat, hot air flow, and steam cooking, allowing for a wide range of culinary techniques. It accommodates up to ten 1/1 GN or ten 12"x20" hotel pans, making it ideal for high-volume cooking. Equipped with MIND.Maps™ technology, this oven offers a programmable menu for precise cooking control. The 2-11/16" shelf spacing allows for flexible placement of pans, while the glass door provides visibility into the cooking process. The right-to-left door opening enhances accessibility in tight spaces. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the Unox XAVC-1011-EPRM is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes WIFI and USB connectivity for seamless data transfer to HACCP software, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The oven is cMETus and NSF certified, and it is ENERGY STAR® rated for energy efficiency. A water line for easy connection to a ¾” mpt water source within three feet of the oven is included, simplifying installation.
